    AI is used to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance. It supports our team but does not replace strategic oversight.

    Human Review & Oversight

    AI-generated marketing content is intended to be reviewed by a human team member before publication. While we implement quality control procedures, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

    AI-powered chatbots and voice agents may operate autonomously in real-time interactions. These systems are configured according to approved messaging frameworks and are monitored for performance and quality.

    Data Processing

    In delivering AI-enabled services, certain business or personal data (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, call transcripts, or website interaction data) may be processed through secure third-party AI technology providers.

    We do not use client data to train proprietary AI models. Data is processed solely for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    Limitations

    Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving marketing materials and business claims prior to final publication.

    Responsible Use

    DMC is committed to ethical and responsible AI use. We do not intentionally deploy AI systems to create deceptive, misleading, or harmful content.
